PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Village of Philo Water, Sewer & Drainage Committee along with the Village Maintenance Supervisor and Village Engineer will meet on Wednesday, January 17, 2024 at 7:30 AM in the in the mayor’s office of the R. E. Franks Meeting Center located at 127 W. Washington St., Philo, IL to discuss drainage issues in the village of Philo. The public is welcome to attend.
