NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
REGARDING VARIANCE IN PHILO, ILLINOIS
Notice is hereby given that there will be a public hearing before the Planning and Zoning Board for the Village of Philo, Illinois to be held at 6:00 p.m. on July 14, 2021 followed by the regular scheduled Board of Trustees meeting at 7:00 p.m. Both the hearing and the meeting will take place at the R.E. Franks Meeting Center located at 127 Washington St., Philo, Illinois. The hearing will concern the petition for a variance relating to side yard setbacks at properties located at 406 E. Jefferson and 408 E. Jefferson, Philo, Illinois and legally described as Lot 7 and the East Half of Lot 6 in Block 9 Hale’s Second Addition to the Town of Philo, recorded Plat Book “A” at Page 148, in Champaign County, Illinois and Lot Eight in Block Nine in Hale’s Second Addition to the Town of Philo, located in the County of Champaign and State of Illinois.
