NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
REGARDING VARIANCE IN PHILO, ILLINOIS
Notice is hereby given that there will be a public hearing before the Planning and Zoning Board for the Village of Philo, Illinois to be held at 6:15 p.m. on May 12, 2021 followed by the regular scheduled Board of Trustees meeting at 7:00 p.m. Both the hearing and the meeting will take place at the R.E. Franks Meeting Center located at 127 Washington St., Philo, Illinois. The hearing will concern the petition for a variance to allow the building of a garage at a dwelling located at 404 S. Lincoln St., Philo, Illinois and legally described as Lot 2 in Ruben Acres Addition to the Village of Philo, as per plat recorded in Plat Book “N” at page 37, in Champaign County, Illinois.
