PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given there will be a meeting of the Planning Commission on Wednesday, April 8, 2020 at 6:30pm. Topic of discussions to include, but not limited:
• The annexation and rezoning of farmland adjacent to the Village being part of the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4, T18 N R9 East of the 3rd PM bearing PIN 19-27-23-126-007. The property is currently zoned Agricultural and would be zoned R-1 in the Village.
This meeting will be held in the Eileen Painter Room of the R.E. Franks Meeting Center, 127 West Washington Street in Philo, Illinois, and the public may attend and participate.
