3rd Annual Village of Philo Christmas Parade, Sunday, November 27, 5:00 pm. Sponsored by Fertilizer Dealer Supply, Philo Exchange Bank, Progressive Propane and Michelle’s Bridal and Tuxedo.
The parade will start on Jackson going south to Van Buren going east, turning south again at the Lutheran Church. The route will then turn east on McKinley, going past Hazen Park (parking available), to Garfield, turning north, going past St. Thomas (plenty of parking available!), to Washington, going west. The parade will go around the Christmas tree (thank you David Happ and the Knights of Columbus) that will be in the intersection of Washington & Harrison through the business district. When Santa arrives at the Christmas tree, near the end of the parade, he will stop and LIGHT THE TREE!!
The Philo Tavern will be open from 3:00-8:00pm with a limited menu.
Daly’s will also be open.
