PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that Village of Philo Streets, Alleys and Sidewalks Committee along with the Village Maintenance Supervisor and Village Engineer will meet at 8:00AM on Friday, June 5, 2026 at the Village water tower located on East Washington St. to discuss, but not limited to the Washington Street sidewalk project. The public is welcome to attend.
