Golf Cart Permit stickers are now available in the village office. The biennial fee is $50. Payments can be made by cash or check payable to Village of Philo. The village office is open from 8:00am – 11:00am; Monday – Friday or by appointment. If there are any changes to your equipment, please fill out a new application form which can be found under the About tab on the village web site. If this is a NEW registration, please bring your cart to the village office for inspection.
