NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
REGARDING VARIANCE IN PHILO, ILLINOIS
Notice is hereby given that there will be a public meeting of the Philo Planning Commission at 6:30 p.m. on April 8, 2026 at the Village Hall located at the R.E. Franks Meeting Center located at 127 Washington St., Philo, Illinois. The purpose of the meeting is to hold a public hearing on a request for a variance allowing for a fence at 311 E. Madison Street, Philo, IL legally described as Lots 3, 4, 5, 6, 9, 10, 11 and 12 in Block 8 of Hales Second Addition to Philo situated in Champaign County, Illinois bearing PIN numbers 19-27-23-183-003, 19-27-23-183-004 and 19-27-23-183-006. There will be an additional public hearing by the Board of Trustees to consider the same matter on the same date in the same location at 7:00 p.m.
