PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given there will be an informal preliminary meeting of the Planning Commission on Wednesday, December 10, 2025 at 6:00pm. Topics of discussion, but not limited to, are as follows:
- Possible Re-Zoning from AG to I
This meeting will be held in the Eileen Painter Room of the R.E. Franks Meeting Center, 127 West Washington Street in Philo, Illinois prior to the monthly Board of Trustees regular meeting. The public may attend and participate.
