Philo Kids’ Festival is feeling excited!

The golf cart parade will begin at 7:30pm on Saturday, Aug 22, at Hazen Park and travel all throughout town ending at Hazen in time to begin the movie. We extended the parade route this year to allow for other Philo patrons to sit in their yards and enjoy the hard work put into decorating the golf carts! See map below, and if your home is on the parade route, get outside and have fun!
Registration is available either by printing and completing the picture below, or you can send an email to philokidsfestival@gmail.com for a registration form. Cost to enter is $5 and the parade is open to Philo and non-Philo residents. ALL golf carts must adhere to Village of Philo regulations, and Philo residents must be registered with the village.
VOTING for the best golf cart will take place via our Facebook page. Pictures of each golf cart will be uploaded to our page and whichever has the most “likes” wins! Voting will end on Saturday, Aug 29th at 5pm.
*Only “likes” on the Philo Kids’ Festival post will be counted.
