Dear Aqua Customer:
This is an important notice from Aqua sent March 2, 2020. The Village of Philo located in the Aqua Water System may temporarily experience low pressure to a complete loss of service due to a main break repair in the area. This is a system wide notification.
Because the system pressure dropped below 20 PSI due to a main break, Aqua has issued a precautionary boil water advisory for customers in the affected area. Aqua advises you to use boiled or bottled water for drinking, making ice, brushing teeth, washing dishes, and food preparation until further notice. Bring water to a boil, boil it for five minutes and let it cool before use. We will notify you as soon as it is no longer necessary to boil your water.
