ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING DATES AND TIMES OF REGULAR SCHEDULED MEETINGS FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2017
Be it ordained by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Philo, Illinois, a municipal corporation for calendar year 2017, shall be held with the following schedule:
1. Regular scheduled meetings of the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Philo, Illinois, a municipal corporation, for calendar year 2017 shall be held with the following
schedule.
- January 11, 2017 7:00 p.m.
- February 8, 2017 7:00 p.m.
- March 8, 2017 7:00 p.m.
- April 12, 2017 7:00 p.m.
- May 10, 2017 7:00 p.m.
- June 14, 2017 7:00 p.m.
- July 12, 2017 7:00 p.m.
- August 9, 2017 7:00 p.m.
- September 13, 2017 7:00 p.m.
- October 11, 2017 7:00 p.m.
- November 8, 2017 7:00 p.m.
- December 13, 2017 6:30 p.m.
2. All of said meetings shall be held at the R.E. Franks Meeting Center, 127 W. Washington Street, Philo, Illinois, unless otherwise duly changed. All times referred to in Section 1, hereof,
are the local times in effect on said meeting dates.
3. The Village Clerk shall cause a copy of this Ordinance to be posted as required by law. Presented, passed, approved, adopted and recorded this 14th day of December, 2016, at a duly
stated meeting of the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Philo, Illinois.
